The mission of Sierra High School JROTC is to motivate young people to be better citizens. We develop leadership, discipline, and a sense of service through classroom instruction, physical fitness, and community involvement.
Our program is not about recruiting for the military. It is about building character, confidence, and citizenship. Every cadet learns to lead, to follow, to work as part of a team, and to take responsibility for themselves and others.
Cadets who complete our program graduate with stronger academic habits, better physical fitness, and the self-discipline to succeed in college, career, and life.
