Motivating young cadets to become better citizens
Motivating young people to be better citizens through leadership, discipline, and service.
The mission of Sierra High School JROTC is to motivate young people to be better citizens. We develop leadership, discipline, and a sense of service through classroom instruction, physical fitness, and community involvement.
Our cadets learn to work as a team, respect others, and take responsibility for their actions. We prepare students not for military service, but for life — equipping them with the skills and values they need to succeed in any path they choose.
Learn MoreEvery cadet who walks through our doors is given the opportunity to grow — academically, physically, and personally. We believe in the potential of every student and provide the structure, mentorship, and challenge needed to help them reach it.
"To motivate young people to be better citizens."
